The 14F was already filed and in the 14F it is stated that they expected to mail it on/about October 15th. If you were a shareholder of record as of October 1st, you should get the 14F in the mail.
Investors and news are not related. 14F is a required legal formality for when there is a majority change in the board of directors and share exchanges are involved. This requires approval of the SEC as well as shareholders who have voting rights. If the majority of shares are held by the directors making the share exchange, others votes are not required.
Nonetheless, the 14F formality must be observed. I don't see why this merger would not go through. We're just waiting on the T/A, IMHO.
