Early 2015 PPS would definitely* be:

1) .35+ on just SUNworks growth alone.
2) .70+ on JUST acquisition news OR manufacturing partner AND SUNworks growth
3) 1.10+ on both acquisition news and manufacturing partnership, plus SUNworks growth.

*"definitely" just means I reeeeaaally want it to happen.

The 10-Q for the year likely will be out in late March, 2015. Last year's came out on March 26th, 2014.

It is my understanding that they have 45-days for each quarterly report (10-Q) and 90-days for the full-year (10-K) . . .
