Quarterly reports are due 45 days after the end of the qtr. Qtr ended Sept 30, so it is due by Nov 15th.

Won't be filed on time. Probably in December.

Per the OTCMarkets site, MJNA's 3Q/14 filing is due on November 14, 2014, but if recent history is any indication (the late 1Q and 2Q filings,) then we'll see a Notification of Late Filing on November 15 which will extend the filing date until Nov 19, but the company will miss that as well, then file sometime in December.

As usual, they'll have a lot of explaining to do, what with CannaVest terminating the distribution agreement with HempMeds and the multiple lawsuits.
