One way...they don't feed them into the marketplace, or basically if they remain "air shares." However, if they are used for giving out in acquisition of companies that add significant revenue to the bottom line, then there is a good purpose. Besides, nothing really says all 10B will ever hit the outstanding. There are a lot of variables here, mainly with regards to revenue generation. MLHC

AS are not dilutive. It's only when they actually enter the market that they are dilutive (sell them on the open market, convert preferred shares to common or use them (i.e. exercised option grants, acquisitions, etc).
