I am not sure I understand the question. The value in terms of Myec is they won't be labeled a MJ stock anymore which has hurt their reputation with banks. I don't have any idea what green pay will be valued at this time. I think a spin off should occur after the app comes out.
It has been said numerous times by people on the board and the CEO during the agm. The MJ association scared off some bank partners so a spin off is a win-win in this early stage of Greenpay's growth. Not sure I understand the downside.

Since it appears that you are very concerned about MYEC spinning off portions of itself to shareholders, rather than selling the same operation and paying the shareholders a divy, I have a proposal for you. For every 1MM shares of MYEC common stock you own (up to a total of 10MM shares) I will pay you $100 for an option to receive such shares as may be spun off for a period of 366 days from the date of such "assignment".
