That is a good point. I've had a difficult time determining why they didn't pay out more cash with the October distribution. Except for the remaining claims, which I believe are few, why not go ahead and get this over with? imo the negotiation is in progress.

IMO, the information made me more optimistic with Cts because I think that it is JPM that is more in control of this case against LBHI. While LBHI is trying to avoid it by extending the stay until negotiation is complete.

I'm still in favor of a negotiation between JPM and LBHI to use the Trups as part of the capitalization of the new business. I believe it will happen this way.

The involuntary chapter 7 may force LEHMAN to liquidate the remaining asset to accelerate the Trups. This may cause a bad effect to the preferred and common if there is a need to capitalize a new business.
