Wow, That is the first i have heard of that. Heard people couldn't buy but no reason was given. Have had that problem with TDA before. It's happy hour. You should be able to post until 5 pm eastern time if it is still the same.

Scottrade are super conservative, especially when it comes to the pink sheets. IMO this is a non-issue since it traded 40,472,800 all the way until close.
