Rasica- Since you menctioned it whats the update on the SEC and NASD investigation. You hear anything new from them lately or still waiting on that email about the issue from them?
Rasica. This has been ongoing... I've been watching Level II pretty carefully the last few days and there have only been a few trades at bid during that time with a ton of trades at ask. I would bet that, if one had the trading record and knew the times when bids and asks were changed, one would see that trades at ask have outnumbered bid trades by a large percentage. It wouldn't surprise me at all to find that 80% of trades or more have been at ask (even above ask at times) over the last 6 months.
