ok...whatever you have to tell yourself to sleep at night

the survival concept shouldn't bug you out if it gets backed into here and creates value to the long suffering shareholders and creditors who deserve something of value

I don't either. I write checks and invest in companies and people. As such I am afforded by agreement certain rights I have become extremely proficient in enforcing for the benefit of the company and all shareholders.
