I don't have the answer unfortunately .... I feel somewhat disconnected from stocks currently since I'm not watching intensely .... kinda feeling like I better not play 'em much unless I dive headlong into 'em if ya know what I mean .... staying busy mostly with the high end real estate right now which is booming globally. Here's an example just in the US:
The increase in prices and the swiftness of which it is happening is just mind boggling to me .... and I think this will continue for many years to come IMO.....
