Supposedly Judge reversed himself on client attorney privlege. <Judge did reverse himself on the attorney-client piercing, so Rambus will not have to provide any more attorney-client communcations beyond what is on the record already. We believe, from the order, that Rambus did not argue the waiver issue properly the first time around, and once they did, the Judge acknowledged Rambus' position, and reversed the order>
