That is a business suite that houses many phone lines with a receptionist to answer phones for the different businesses that want an office space. Small offices with a desk and phone and conference rooms for meetings. Most likely there is no one there unless they want to meet with someone. Porter? You have to call his home to speak with him. Has an office in his house.
