I agree totally.
I have no fear whatsoever that Bush did not intentionally lie to anybody, which is far more than anyone could possibly say about his predecessor. I also think the intelligence was for the most part reasonably correct (that is all you will ever get from intelligence) at the time it was given to the administration. It just totally defies all logic that saddam did not have WMD's, and if he did not, it was hardly only Bush that was fooled.
By the way, Congress does not rely on Bush for its information. The intelligence committees and the leadership are all briefed directly by the intelligence community and come to their own conclusions - and they all came to the same conclusion that Bush did.
