The market for CTIX does seem to have the "feel" reflected in your statement I put in bold below.
Almost 650K shares traded today. That's roughly 1% of the float. It's hard to understand why any knowledgeable investors would sell CTIX at this point in time. Of course there are a lot of reasons why someone might sell shares. But if I "needed" to sell something right now, CTIX would be the last thing on my list.
We actually mostly agree. I don't think there is anything nefarious or silly occurring. We are splitting hairs, but:
I think a collection of larger buyers are worried it may take off without them acquiring their full allotment of shares they desire, but then a collection of sellers has plenty to give them. Then, the buyers back off to see what may come to them, then the volume dies out, they push up their buying, and the seller keeps telling them, it's all good, it's not going anywhere, we have plenty for you.
