I have an issue Bigdog. I was adding up all the shares on the 8K that was issued and it is over 6 billion and I called the IR today and they said 5 million O/S. Have you DD this yet? Its just got me confused as to why they keep diluting. This 6 billion is just since 1/1/06. It worries me that the buyout price will drop if we keep getting more shares added to the pool. Help
