You are correct. I apologize. Here is what I read. "Results of Operations: The Company had no production from operations or any revenue derived from operations in 2005." I wrongly assumed that meant no earnings.
I missed the fact that they made all their money on the sale of property. Still, it is 20 cents and the stock price is 13 cents. In any event, it meets the board rules, though the "spirit" of the rule is questionable.
I reinstated the post as it had not been 48 hours yet (when you can no longer delete or restore) - and I have added THMG to my 1,100 list of stocks that qualify.
Sorry for the error. Just one more thing. In the future, it would be helpful to me (and less likely to cause a problem) if when you bring up a stock that may not have been posted on VMC before ... if you would post the earnings along with a link. Thanks.
