Slight mis-calculation in my previous post:

3. Each $25 FV Preferred = $5.00 new Value.

Each $25 preferred of LEH = .5 of NewCo = .5 x 10 = $5.00

I could go along with that. That will be our initial value. Goes up after merger.

1. CTs will be paid with Full FV.

Each share of CT = 2.5 of NewCo = 2.5 x10 = 25.
