WHY do this premarket?!?!??

I've been saying it for years. IMO it is done in the premarket to give the sharks that mgmt is in bed with time to maneuver and make extra money. Imagine if this was PR's at 10:00 am. It definitely would have a greater effect but then again thank goodness for small favors.
