Good to see you post. The only question I have is will Wang honor the share structure. As I have not seen any dilution on First China's part, I believe he will. Wang's main focus is to finish this facility, which will meet the government next level of GSP requirements. The company (builders) are experienced in building these types of facilities.
Our payoff is a buyout, IMO. May be next year, or not. But one thing for sure, this company is getting more attention as Wang and Gong spearhead distribution changes in China.
