I believe you are incorrect about Treaty and Customs. The person in Customs, which is connected with the department of Homeland Security that has a certified copy of the rig title that shows Mack Maxcey as the owner is Javier D. Esqueda. He knows how the rig Treaty took to Belize got there. I also believe he may know who all is involved. I have his contact info if you want it. It appears to me Treaty may be up the creek without a paddle on this one no matter what they claim about getting the rig thru customs. BTW, sadly enough, semi trailers with contraband come across our borders daily. Eventually the bad guys do get caught. It does take time but when they do it is serious. Treaty should be looking over their shoulder on this.
