This is not just a penny stock, it is a pinksheet, non-filing penny stock. They are set up for one reason only, to sell shares. Very few actually do any business. I see a lot of Gustin's resume, and his past achievements, but I see very little in terms of real business activity.

Brokering sunflower oil, etc.? C'mon........
