Some months ago when Dr Seymour was in the UK for initial discussions around their interest in Flucide Dr Seymour commented on the complexity of their protocols. You chided Dr Seymour for not knowing in advance the details of a foreign government's protocols specific to a novel virus drug.

Are things so different in America that protocols aren't determined prior to a signed contract signed and materials delivered?

The materials were sent, but there are many steps required before they actually do the testing. Not the least of which is determining the protocol.
