The SAME auditor that was hired last year, this year again, and let's not forget hired back in 2011......back then even had private investors lined up willing to pay the $30,000 (thirty thousand) dollars required........oh my, what did NTEK do instead?....they filed the death form 15.....BTW, I have not found ANY company that has previously filed said death form and EVER came back and became fully reporting again....but NTEK will be different.........yea.....sure......
