Those who have yet to sell haven't lost a dime. With FNMA its all about the destination, not the journey. Most know where this is ultimately headed.

I'd love to flip. Not very experienced in it, however. And i'd hate to screw up on these tickers trying to learn to be a good flipper.

Oh and my avg is below current pps so flipping would mean taking losses at this point. Plotting to use my various accounts more wisely in an attempt to accumulate if possible.
