Joe assumes a 25% discount in his numbers. I think Joe's numbers are within a reasonable enough range that I wouldn't doubt them. The only thing that would be impossible to imagine is fitting the numbers in a scenario with 0% discount. You have yet to admit to any discount larger than 0%.
Re: The other thing you are missing is that what is being sold does not always reflect what's currently in the price list as a lot of it is in current vendor inventory.
Vendor inventory or end-user consumption is not relevant to AMD's ASPs for the quarter. The only thing that's relevant is what they sell to their direct customers (OEMs, distributors, etc).
