it becomes problematic when you have a family corp. and the father turns CEO leadership over to the young son - its difficult at best to bring in a silver-haired industry fox who can take the CEO position and run with it - unfortunately, we're still assessing damage(s) incurred
there's only so many times you can call Pump before the crowd turns....
