How many millions were splurged on this lab from Diwan?
What I see is one small corner (or wall) of specialized mixers for making batches of our future money-making 'Cides. The mixers are specialized,... and the enclosure that they are in is no-doubt designed as a clean-space with controlled access and ventilation to minimize the potential for contaminants during processing of batches.
My guess - millions were not 'splurged' on this one section,.... but you are looking at multiple thousands of dollars for the mixers, and whatever setup costs for the cabinetry was.
