What if I work for CSCO and I don't want Vendit to know this. However, because of his shenanigans with redirects, etc. he finds out the source of my connection. Now he doesn't need a subpoena to put the process in motion of tracking me down.
I am not a security expert but I think that one would tell you that this is cause for concern.
