As reported...Ironridge was issued 230 MILLION "new shares" on September 3rd. Now why was that? Apparently their toxic debt remains unpaid and they had run out of shares to dump. Does anyone seriously believe Ironridge demanded those shares in order to sit on them as a long term investment?

The stock closed at .0009 on Sept 3rd. It's at .0005 now.
