Never said anything about common just the so called 12.8/share you will be getting for each common. When will they be tradable?? Will you have to pay your broker to get them released?? Questions you might want to ask. Following another one with people who bought 506 shares at .0033 now stock at trips and it seems the 506 holders can't get them released or it will cost them way more than they are worth. We will see if he pulls this one off. It will be interesting to watch.
