Peizer would be at roughly 63% of his potential capacity by your calculation. I see your point regarding Peizer accumulating at a lower SP. At the same time, we are currently trading below the 2.58 pipe offering. If that is indeed Peizer and company at the bid, what brings them out at this time? Is 2.58 the line in the sand? Perhaps he's actually supporting us. It reminds me when Chardan was sitting at the bid and providing support many months ago.
IMO, Any drop of the stock is only helping the shorts by allowing them an easy exit from their positions. You potentially eliminate the short squeeze between now and any big news release. Does Peizer benefit more by putting pressure on the shorts and providing support? IDK. Either way, Interesting thoughts Pete.
