It's also obvious that there is a (or perhaps a few) insiders who somehow have key information before the rest.

I am referring to relatively new posters on iHub. Not emit or powerbattles.

I mean, the company just changed something on their homepage and somehow a newbie caught this before anyone else.

That's rather convenient, yes?

I have avoided the OTC/Pinks as of late because they are littered with these types of companies.

You can read my posts on this forum.

I thought that September 12 brought about a change in the guard. I did buy shares based on that.

The problem is that the trading in the stock is telling me things are not that great and that someone has been letting shares go.

Renoldman, I disagree. If you feel that this is another crappy stock, then by all means, please sell today.

The trading suggests that Dilution is happening.

I call the Transfer Agent every few days, and just made a call this morning. No change in the A/S and O/S. I know there are other types of dilution though and no one can confirm that without news or filings.

Actually what is happening is that someone is shorting the stock and they are being made whole. That's why you see those large trades at the end of the day.

The short volume for the last few days were very low and definitely not the percentage to match the T-Trades that we are seeing. I don't think it is shorting, but accumulation instead. We noticed this same accumulation shortly before the merger was announced on 9/12.

It's October 1 and the company is silent.

Emails have been returned promptly, the website has been updated, PRs have been sent out last week. I wouldn't call that silent, but I would call you anxious and impatient.

I'm a computer engineer that specializes in Networking. My degrees, specialization, and years of schooling have taught me to refresh and search for web pages on the interwebs! I also caught both of the quarterly filings, which is also just refreshing certain common webpages. My interest in this company is great and I don't typically play penny stocks (which is why I only post about this one)

I think you should sell and move on. I'm holding strong. Go BBRD!!
