Kobi, i thought he was talking about the money paid to ERHC last November that was mentioned in the recent filing. I think it was $1.65 million or $1.35, something like that.

Kobi....there is an 8K indicating the consortium had a 60% interest. ERHC is obviously a part of said consortium. Now the consortium holds 51%. That said, as a shareholder I strongly believe this is material as it involves a reported asset.

A company determined to grow would want to inform its shareholders that it received big dollars for going forward. More importantly, the 8K indicates said income arrived back in November yet the 10K didn't address this issue. If this was another filing error....amend it. We deserve to be kept in the loop IMHO. Thus far we haven't.

I'm not so sure shareholders should have to "assume" that the money safely transferred to our accounts. In fact, as a shareholder, I strongly don't want to have to assume this.

SNP was to have sent us a check as well. So, we have income coming in from a mostly Nigerian oil company and a Chinese oil company. Please tell me the beans arrived. Its not a difficult thing to do....plus....plus....wouldnt a PR to this affect bring in additional interest??????? Doesn't that benefit all shareholders AND the company?
