Lowtrade I appreciate this post very much. . i need to put this on a post it just to remind me when i start getting emotional.. thank you for this advice and it is very very true and i will continue to try to improve on my trading techniques and most of all "BE HAPPY WITH WHAT I GET" and not worry about what i missed out on ... you summed it up perfectly and hit the nail on the head...how you described it is exactly how i feel sometimes and how i act.. and that has to stop and i need to change for the better thank you Pat
