My point exactly. This "deal" was NEVER made known to shareholders as it should have been (and I see you agree that it should have been).
Another ammendment to another filing? Why not just file correctly in the first place. It is the middle of April and ERHC allegedly received monies from the Addax deal back in November and we have yet to see the filing outlining the receipt of these monies.
I have always liked the concept and potential of this company but their route of sharing news accurately or at all with its shareholders is pathetic IMHO.
