The agreement as regards the assignment dates back till last year when Noble was involved.

SAO Tome would not except an assignment of an award interest to Godsonic prior to the execution of the PSC/JOA.

The rumour is that Conoil sponsored that resistance.

So now that they had to prepare a new agreement causing the assignment after the execution of the PSC/JOA. So it was just a replacement.
