This is his commentary. "I looked back 5 years on the CTIX chart and used a weekly chart, and it appears that CTIX just broke out of Base 2....according to base count theory (see IBD rules), the stock could still have another one or two years of gains ahead....base counts don't usually begin to mature until at least the 3rd base has completed....in many cases, it takes 4 or 5 bases to get to a very mature base count....Yes, CTIX looks strong...."
