The stock has nothing to do with the product. They stock company does not own ANYTHING related to the product. In fact, they don't own anything.

And when they did own it, they lost money every single quarter. A lot of money.

Good point fishy. Although the corporation doesn't currently own a "substantial" amount of Skinnywater's assets anymore, the brand has a lot of potential which could still benefit the stock. Especially considering that Skinny LLC appears to be the largest shareholder of Skinny Nutritional Corp. We may retain a small piece of the action, or might end up reacquiring the assets in a reverse merger. That would enable Skinny to retain the NOLs and possibly raise money through the SKNY ticker.
