Quasar's sell of NHSH preferd shares held in treasury. All common shares that were to be divied to QaSp shareholders.

I'm sure it will all come out soon enough.
I'd be more concerned what happened to CET. Green Energy Investments is strong, making money every day.
Growing is moving indoors for Colorado.

NO Donnell Hasn't returned my Call..Checked messages last night.

I'll wait till 0900 EDT Tomorrow to call Her and either Congratulate
on NEW NAME and TICKER announced today, OR,
Ask her why there is ANOTHER FAILED PRESS RELEASE PROMISE.

I will also ask her more specifically about source of cash for THE BIG GREEN ONE Funding plus
reaffirm the Subs 100% WHOLLY OWNED by QASP plus there is
NO OUTSTANDING DEBT whatsoever... convertible or otherwise..

I will also ask about equity structure...
ALL COMMON SHARES or Does THE BIG GREEN ONE have
PREFERRED STOCK Authorized and if any PFD is issued and outstanding..

IMHO..This ALL about CEO's CREDIBILITY and the FUTURE of QASP.

Called Donnell @ 0846, 0905, & 1001 EDT This Morning to get answer
why there was FAILURE TO CHANGE NAME/TICKER
in Sept 2014 as promised in PRESS RELEASE to Investing Public
in August 2014.

@ 904 207 6503 only received recorded answering machine greeting and left muli messages asking Donnell to return my call today.

Will update on performance of CEO...

SAME OLD QASP or NEW QASP...???? CREDIBILITY..????
