Yep, it will be a "spin off" to the shareholders. MYEC and Greenpay will operate in 2 different markets and as some rotten fish mention they are competing with each other is the most brain dead analogy I heard to date. they are not competing with each other.

The platform (code) may be the same however the frontend/process is different.

A combination of merchant and consumer apps = JUGGERNAUT it is only a matter of TIME.

For practical purposes-consider the following scenario that could be the (conservative) reality in 2016 or even earlier:


1,000,000 app transactions x .15 = 150,000 daily

150,000 x 7 Days = 1,050,000 weekly

150,000 x 30 Days = 4,500,000 monthly

4,500,000 x 12 Months =54,000,000 + million yearly!!!
