Is Notorious Stock scammer Clay Cooley involved in this?
He was already banned from Pennsylvania for trying to sell unlicensed securities. Looks like he's onto his next scam. This bum has never had a job in his life. I hear another public company is in the process of slapping him with a lawsuit. If EFFI is smart they'll do the same thing.
