Can you please copy and paste the part of the proxy which supports your claim about the conversion for the 222 million shares? I am unable to find it! It says his warrants allow him to convert into that many shares if he so choices based on the share price as of the filing date of the Proxy on Sept 23rd. Thank you and I await your copy and paste.
