Thus far I have seen no evidence that the Graffiti lawsuit is actually impacting SPDC. Perhaps I should look around on some other internet posting boards to see if anything shows up. Nevertheless, I do suspect that there is an impact, that SPDC traders are aware of this issue along with the Navarre and SPDC management issues, perhaps integrity and/or professionalism issues. No way of telling! However, there sure have been a lot of reorganization press releases over the past several months and those stories aren't doing anything good for the stock.

Also, the suit was publicly announced on March 22nd and the chart shows some significant change for some significant reason from the PPS highs in January. It makes one wonder how all that good financial reporting took place so as to justify the significant gains over 2013. A look at their reporting might help to connect the dots with Graffiti. Maybe. Certainly worth a look for the fun of it. I still keep in mind that this decline may not be related. Just covering the bases, trying to connect dots. LOL

Somehow I think any settlement or judgement in SDVI/Graff favor will not trickle down to the shareholders. A bit cynical after 4 years of this. So many broken promises and missed deadlines its like waiting and wishing to see astronauts walk on mars. Sorry, but good luck all the same
