NOPE... I asked specifically about Capital Structure of The "BIG Green Guy" and was there ANY (Convertible or otherwise) DEBT outstanding
issued from GEI. Her answer was that GEI is a DEBT FREE, FULLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY of QASP...

SO..

IF something else was/is going on with private Investors in GEI, I didn't skillfully ask the correct question to detect their presence...

Tell me how to ask the "RIGHT" question ( IF something really is going on with Private Investors in GEI) and I will call Donnell and ask directly..

Educate Me...
