you are right. The fiscal end here for ACLP is 6/30, so "by 120 days after" with the SEC? puts this to a Max 6/30 + 120 days = Oct 30/31st at the latest to hold 30 days at /above? Meaning they must hold at /above at least 30 days before makes this ~9/30? sounds right to me but don't hold me to it. This to me means we are surely coming down to the wire very soon.
