That bill, if passed, would hurt MJNA

If Pennsylvania Senate Bill 1182 passes, and the governor doesn't veto it (as he now says he will,) then it would hurt MJNA and CannaVest, because it would allow the prescription of oil extracted from Charlotte's Web marijuana/hemp.

That oil, at $0.05 per milligram of CBD, is one-sixth the price of the RSHO sold through HempMeds.

One of the main reasons for the vast price differential is because the raw hemp oil from which RSHO is refined begins at only 3% CBD, and the refinement process necessary to bring it to the 15% CBD level (to equal the raw oil from CharWeb) adds greatly to the cost.
