don't be silly. fab 30 has been in operation for a long time. what was corrected on si was that the yield comment was about fab 36 not 65nm (ie fab 36 yielding 90nm well).
As others have pointed out, the comment was about mature 90nm output from Fab36 (mentioned in a question to Bob Rivet about inventory evaluation around 01:09:30 --- "mature yields takes guess-work out of the equation"). Elsewhere in the call 65nm output confirmed still planned for 2H06, as well as the use of capacity from Chartered.
