That is why I said answers 'NICE EMAILS'. Even if your email is asking something crucial about the company but if you start your questions with inappropriate or rude words, I will consider it garbage. For example, someone writes and starts "Dear Mr or Ms Dishonest", "how many shares are floating now?" I will consider this garbage although the question is essential for an investor. Aussie.
