I am expecting a distribution that puts us at 3.98 per share or higher. Why ? Just woke up from a very vivid dream where the share price up ticked to 3.98. Could have gone higher but I woke up :) Could this be a sign of things to come, or wishful thinking? Time will tell.

I honestly don't have the understanding of class 9A will get 45%

These guys have now allowed claim of 780M under class 3. the compromise under this motion is that LBHI pay them 350M (wich is 45% recovery) under class 9A
