Those numbers are estimated Prorata recovery...... "Not an agreed amount of recovery"

"Prorata of available cash" still need to be comprehended completely.

For example, the 6.9B dispute with JPM is not included in the Balance Sheet until it is realized as an asset. (Court ruling for LBHI). If realized, it will also be prorated.

What I'm hoping for Cts is from the separated or reserved 1.7B.

I am glad that you caught that 210m is 26.9% which is the percentage all other class 3 claims received. Your reasoning of higher recovery as a lower class makes sense. Great detective work.

It may be lbhi's intention to pay other classes as well so it can cut the finish line.

Hopefully 1.7b is the one specifically reserved for CTs.
